2. Product & store policies
Refund eligibility, renewal terms, cancellation methods, access after cancellation, and any processing times depend on the particular product, purchase channel, terms agreed at purchase, and applicable law.
For purchases through an app store or another authorized merchant, use that provider’s purchase records and support process where applicable. This page does not create a universal refund window or replace a product’s purchase terms.
3. Asking to cancel
If a product provides subscription or billing settings, use the cancellation controls described there. If the purchase was managed by a store, check the subscription settings for that store.

- The email associated with the purchase, if needed to locate it.
- A short explanation of the issue or request.
Please do not include full payment card details, passwords, or encryption keys. Eligibility and processing will be considered under the applicable product or store policy and law; no approval or completion time is promised on this studio page.
